The Solar CF Exam-ETER is a comprehensive capacitor analyzer, and includes insulation-resistance and electrolytic capacitor leakage current test circuits, d-c and a-c vacuum tube voltmeters, and a “Quick Check” circuit for qualitative capacitor tests.
This is a heavy, old Boat Anchor made in the 1940s. Restoration Required
